Please park the vehicle in one of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car parking spaces. Lock the vehicle and leave the keys in the drop-box located on the left wall of our office, Floor -2. Cargo Vans may not be returned here, nearest office to return Cargo Vans is, Garcia Morato Street.
Minimum rental age is 21 years for all car groups, except SKMD 6, FKMD 7, PKMD 8, PDMR J, LVMR M, FVMR V, IFMR W, ITMR Y, FFMR Z, for which the driver must be at least 25 years old. A young driver fee of 7.85 EUR plus VAT per day with a maximum fee of 78.50 EUR plus vat per rental will be applicable to drivers between 21 to 24 years of age. There is no maximum age limit subject to the driving license expiration and license requirements. For rentals in the Canary Islands, drivers must be at least 22 years old and have a minimum 2 year issue date of drivers license for all car groups.
Vehicles are permitted to be driven into Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar (no outside Spain insurance required). Vehicles are also permitted to be driven into Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco and Switzerland (no other countries are permitted) but "OUTSIDE SPAIN INSURANCE" must be purchased and costs are as follows: 1-10 days Euro 32.00 + VAT. 11-27 days Euro 59.00 + VAT. 28 days+ Euro 90.00 + VAT, this is purchased at the counter. Customer MUST advise the car will be driven out of Spain at the point of contract, in any case. Please be advised that the following areas in Germany: Berlin, Cologne and Hannover will require an 'Emissions Sticker' stating the emission of the vehicle intended to enter these areas. Without this sticker, the driver of the vehicle will be fined up to EUR 40.00 even if the car is registered abroad. Should the car not have the 'Emissions Sticker', then this can be purchased at most garages. Please be advised that due to a change in law in Germany, it is mandatory for all vehicles crossing the border into Germany to have winter tyres fitted during the snow and icy conditions. Customers will be fined on the spot if they are stopped by police and found to not have the appropriate winter tyres.
CDW and TP insurance. Collision Damage Waiver reduces the amount of the renters damage responsibility to the sum of the deductible. If CDW is declined, then the renter may be liable for the whole value of the damage or loss. CDW is optional if not included in the rates
Domestic one ways are available for all locations within continental Spain for consumer and tour bookings. Cost is available upon booking for all cars. There is no minimum length of rental. Domestic one way rentals within the same city are free of charge. Domestic one way rentals are not allowed between Island and Mainland or vice versa or among islands. Domestic one way rentals are allowed between locations on the same island in the Canary Islands. International one way rentals are not allowed.
To comply with the National standard fuel policy the vehicle should be returned with a level of fuel equal to the amount provided at the start of the rental. Optional fuel products are available at participating locations.
Non-Roman script licences as well as all licences from countries out of the EU must have an International licence and their licence from country of domicile. All drivers must have held their full licence for a minimum of two (2) years. Together with their driving license, all drivers will be required to show their passport, as a general rule, or ID card, if it is written in roman characters and only for EU countries. Spanish Law now states that, rental cars must have a copy of the rental agreement, within valid rental dates. If requested by police or Guardia Civil, the Lessee must show the valid rental agreement. If this is out-of date, the Lessee will be fined. So it is mandatory that any possible rental extension is processed at our rental locations by the customer, in person. It couldn't be processed by phone, by e-mail, etc. while, even if it is registered in ATESA's records, if it's not carried inside the car, the authorities will issue a fine. This penalty cannot be removed by showing documents after the fine is applied

The following major credit cards are accepted in Spain, visa, MasterCard, American express and diners. Visa and MasterCard debit cards are accepted. Additional requirements may apply. Cash payments, travelers cheques and euro cheques are not accepted. An international valid credit card is always required for the deposit of which will be held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned. A deposit of up to 1200 EUR- varies by vehicle group and the method of payment- will be taken at the time of the rental.
